Domain Registration #

Introduction #

As a first step, we recommend transferring your domain registration, if your domain is registered with BluePhyre.

Choose a new domain registrar. We recommend Hover.
Let us know of your intention to transfer your domain registration:
- We will ensure that your domain is unlocked (allowing for transfer).
- We will provide your if an ‘authentication code’ if applicable, which you’ll need to complete the tranfer.
- We will be on the lookout for any ‘approval requests’ sent to us, and will treat them as valid (since we will be expecting them).
Proceed to transfer your domain to the new registrar (following their procedures).
Leave the ‘DNS’ or ’nameservers’ settings as is for now.

Until you are ready to move your web site and/or email services, leave the nameservers as is. The values should be one of the two following sets:

ns1.bluephyre.com
ns2.bluephyre.com

dash.ns.cloudflare.com
beth.ns.cloudflare.com
